Stock: Inventory
What it does: For each product variant with stock tracking, shows stock per location as at a date and time you choose, with unit price, unit cost, tax rate and total stock value at cost.
Why use it: For a stock-take or valuation at a point in time, such as month-end.
Filters
| Filter | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| As of Date/Time | Counts stock movements up to this moment | Now |
| Filter: Hidden/deleted | All; Exclude hidden/deleted; or Only hidden/deleted (this looks at deleted products and variants) | All |
What's in the file: One row per variant per location. Columns: ID, Product Name, Variant Name, Location, Quantity, Stock Level Quantity, Unit Price, Unit Cost, Unit Tax Rate, Total Value, Total Tax.
Good to know
- Total Value is Unit Cost × Quantity, so stock is valued at cost, not selling price.
Stock: Transfers
What it does: Lists stock transfers between locations, or deliveries in from outside suppliers (shown as External), created in your range, with quantities sent, received and rejected, the key dates and notes.
Why use it: To reconcile deliveries, such as which transfers to a site are still in transit or what was rejected.
