Surveys: Overview
What it does: Counts the survey requests sent in your range and how many were completed, with a response rate. Results are split by survey and by the class each request was sent for.
Why use it: To compare how many customers were sent each survey and how many answered.
Filters
| Filter | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| From / To | Range of dates and times the survey requests were sent | One month ago to end of today |
What's in the file: One row per survey per class it was sent for. Columns: Survey #, Survey name, Total sent, Total responses, Response rate.
Good to know
- A survey can appear on several rows (one per class), with no class column to tell them apart. Add up rows per survey for a survey-level total.
- A response counts if the request was ever completed, even after your range.
Surveys: Single Survey Detail
What it does: Lists every response submitted to one survey in your range, with each answer in its own column. You can narrow it by location, class type, instructor or customer tag.
Why use it: To export raw answers for your own analysis, such as average ratings by instructor or free-text feedback for one location.
Filters
| Filter | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Survey | The survey to report on | None (required) |
| From / To | Range of dates and times responses were submitted | One month ago to end of today |
| Include Customer Details? | Adds name, email and telephone | No |
| Include Event Details? | Adds Location, Class type and Instructor columns | No |
| Include NPS Columns? | Adds NPS score and category, if the survey has an NPS question | Yes |
| Filter by Location / Class type / Instructor / Customer tag | Pick one or more of each | All |
What's in the file: One row per response. Columns: Survey #, Survey name, Submitted at, Customer #, Survey target, then one column per question (multi-choice questions get one column per option, marked ✓ or ✗), then any optional columns. NPS category is Promoter (9–10), Passive (7–8) or Detractor (0–6).
Good to know
Columns follow the survey's questions, so exports of different surveys won't line up. Location, class type and instructor filters leave out responses not linked to a class.
Surveys: Single Survey Summary
What it does: Summarises one survey's responses in your range, one row per class it was sent for: average scores for rating questions, the percentage choosing each option, and a count of text answers.
Why use it: For a quick snapshot of results per class, such as each class's average rating.
Filters
| Filter | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Survey | The survey to report on | None (required) |
| From / To | Range of submission dates | One month ago to today |
What's in the file: One row per class, plus an "Unknown" row for responses not linked to a class. Columns: Survey #, Survey name, Survey target, Total responses, then one column per question (or per option for choice questions).
Good to know
Option percentages for multi-select questions can add up to more than 100%. Percentages are of all responses for that class, including people who skipped the question. There is no overall total row.
Videos: Views
What it does: For each video watched in your range, shows how many customers watched it, the number of views and the total watch time.
Why use it: To rank your video library by popularity and watch time.
Filters
| Filter | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Viewed From / Viewed Until | Range of viewing dates | One month ago to today |
What's in the file: One row per video with at least one view. Columns: Video ID, Video Name, Video Duration (seconds), Instructor Name, Customers Viewing, View Count, View Duration (Seconds).
Good to know
Live and on-demand videos are both included. Instructor Name is the first name only. Videos without an instructor or class type are left out.

Why use it: To see how engaged customers are with each loyalty or stamp-card pot.
Filters
| Filter | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Visibility | All, Visible to customer, or Admin only (hidden) | All |
What's in the file: One row per pot, in display order. Columns: Pot ID, Pot Name, Visibility, Max Points, Customers With Points, Customers Completed, Completion Rate (%), Total Completions, Average Points Per Customer, Customers In Progress.
Good to know
- There is no date filter: figures are as at the moment you run it.
- Customers With Points uses current balances above 0. Customers who completed and then spent their points still count as completed, so Completion Rate can exceed 100%.
- Pots that reset weekly, monthly or yearly only keep completions since the last reset, unless the pot is set to retain completion history.
