Customer Registrations
What it does: Lists customers who created an account in your range, with contact details, date of birth, whether their email is verified, and their order history.
Why use it: To review sign-ups for a period and see which new customers have gone on to buy.
Filters

|---|---|---|
| Start Date / End Date | Range of registration dates | First of this month to today |
What's in the file: One row per customer. Columns: Customer ID, First Name, Last Name, Email, DOB, Registration Date, Email Verified, Total Orders, Last Order Date.
Good to know
Total Orders and Last Order Date cover all of the customer's orders, not just those in your range.
Customers: Active bookings
What it does: Lists bookings (not cancelled) for classes starting in your range, with the customer's contact details, their first recorded marketing source (UTM) and your custom customer fields.
Why use it: To build a contact list of everyone booked into classes in a period, or to see which campaigns booked customers came from.

Good to know
A customer with several bookings appears once per booking. Created At is when the customer's account was created.
Customers: Active PAYG
What it does: Lists customers holding at least one unused credit that expires on or after your chosen date (or never expires), with a count of those credits.
Why use it: To find pay-as-you-go customers with credit left, for example to remind them to book before it expires.

- Credits already booked onto a future class still count as unused until that class starts.
Customers: Inactive
What it does: Lists customers who had no activity of a chosen type in your range: no spend, no orders, no bookings, or no attended classes.
Why use it: To build a win-back list of customers who haven't spent, booked or visited recently.

Customers: New subscribers
What it does: Lists customers who started a membership in your range that is still running, leaving out anyone whose earlier membership ended within the exemption period before your From date.
Why use it: To count genuinely new members in a period rather than people returning after a short break, with marketing source (UTM) details.
