Set Up Checklist – CodexFit

We hope the video above gives you a quick introduction to the CodexFit dashboard and how everything fits together.

Once you’ve received your login details, follow the steps below to get your backend fully set up.

To ensure everything works correctly, we recommend completing setup in this order:

Add Users
Invite your team members who need access to the backend.
Add Your Location
Your physical studio location (this is often completed during onboarding).
Add Studios
Define your spaces (e.g. Cycling, Yoga, Strength, Boxing).
Add Instructors
Set up the coaches who will be running your classes.
Set Up Credits
Create your credit types (e.g. Standard, Yoga, Cycling, Buddy).
Create Bundles & Packs
- Bundle Types (e.g. Adult, Weekend)
- Bundles (your pay-as-you-go credit packs)
Create Membership Plans (if applicable)
Set up your recurring subscription options.
Add Products
Any retail items you plan to sell.
Create Class Types
Set up Event Groups and Event Types (e.g. Yoga, HIIT, Cycle).
Set Up Payroll (optional)
Configure instructor pay rates if you plan to automate payroll.
Schedule Your Classes
Create your timetable (this step depends on all previous steps being completed).
Duplicate Classes
Quickly extend your timetable into future weeks.
Add Voucher Codes (optional)
Create discount codes for bundles or memberships.
Update Registration Forms
Customise what customer data you collect during sign-up and in “My Account”.
Create Customer Groups (optional)
Useful for corporate clients or segmented access.

On-Demand / Digital Studio
Upload your video content.

Follow the setup guide to enable in-person payments.
ClassPass Integration
Follow the integration steps if you plan to use ClassPass.
Customer Migration / Import
- New studio: no action needed
- Existing studio: our team will guide you through migration
