This is a quick guide on how to restore accidentally deleted customer information and accounts.
- First, go to the customers' area and look for the funnel icon to open the filter (below "Create Customer" button), and make sure to select "with trashed" under Trashed.
- Then you can search for the deleted customer with their name, email, or ID.
- Click the restore button on the right-hand side, and then confirm the action. The accidentally deleted customer account should be recovered.
Note, only certain roles have permission to restore a deleted account. If you do not see the restore icon, please contact your admin to request this.
