Bulk Importing Stock and Updating Stock Levels

Using the bulk importer, you can quickly import a large number of products as well as adjust stock levels. 

To import products

1. Prepare your products import (a template is here). 
   • There will ultimately be a single row per item you sell. So if you want to create a product like a pair of socks, then you could have a single row for that one size of socks you sell. Row 4 in the template above is an example of this. 
   • If you are selling products that have variants, i.e. a t-shirt that comes in small, medium and large, then you will have one row per variant. The importer will automatically recognise the variant if you keep the first column (product) name the same. Rows 2-3 in the template are an example of this. 
2. Login to your dashboard [companyname].codexfit.com
3. Click bulk importer on the bottom left
4. Upload a products spreadsheet
   1. In the example, you will see two products. The water product is an example of one that includes multiple variants (large and small) whereas the socks are a single variant so the variant title is just Default. 
   2. You can tell the importer whether to accept a voucher or make the product visible. 
      1. 1 - true
      2. 0 - false

To update stock levels

1. Prepare your stock levels import (a template is here)
2. Login to your dashboard [companyname].codexfit.com
3. Click bulk importer on the bottom left
4. Upload the product stock levels import
