To rebook someone into a new slot in the same class or a future class
- Login to your dashboard [companyname].codexfit.com
- There are two ways you can access rebooking:
- Via a customer's account
- Via the visual timetable if you're already looking at event (i.e. you're checking in customers)
Via a customer's account
- Open customers and click to view their account
- Scroll down to their bookings
- Under action, select rebooking
- If you're rebooking them into the same class but a different slot, then deselect the first slot and select a new one
- Otherwise, proceed as you'd do when making a regular booking
Via the visual timetable
- Find the event
- Scroll down to bookings
- Find the customer and then under actions, click rebooking
