If you need to update an event because possibly an instructor has left the studio or you need to change the types of credits or plans which are accepted, CodexFit has tools to help you do this quickly.
To update an event
- Login to your dashboard: [companyname].codexfit.com
- Under general, click on the timetable list
- If applicable, use any filters in the upper right corner of the timetable list
- Put a tick in the box of the event you want to update
- Under actions, select what you'd like to do whether update the properties or credits/plans that are accepted
- If are updating the properties, you can select whether you want to notify customers of these changes. If this is selected, an email will automatically be sent out to all customers about these changes.
- Once finished, click run action to complete.
