The bulk importer allows you to use a spreadsheet to import a large number of items to your CodexFit platform including events in your timetable, customers, event types, products and stock levels.
When you're first using the tool, it's best to get a sample CSV (spreadsheet) file so you know what data you need to include.
To get this for the timetable, go to timetable list, select a couple of events by ticking the box next to them. Under actions, select export to CSV. You can then use this file to update and get all your events in order. Remember, you must use handles in each row as this is the unique identifier of that resource in CodexFit.
To get this for other resources, go to the resource (i.e. products, instructors, customers) and tick the box on a single row. Then in the actions dropdown will display and you can select to export to CSV. Use this to populate data and bulk import.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. When I open the file I've exported, it looks like code, how do I get this in a spreadsheet?
The file we export in CodexFit is a CSV - this is a generic spreadsheet. Your computer is probably trying to open it with the wrong application.
If you're on Windows or Mac, right click the file and say open with Excel.
Alternatively, if you use Google Drive, drag the file into Drive then select open with Sheet.
