The following updates are being rolled out in mid-July 2023.
1. Subscription pausing in future billing periods and changes to how to manage subscriptions
First off, to manage a subscription (i.e. cancel or swap), you'll start to click on the eye to view the subscription and then you'll see all the actions to manage a subscription in the upper right corner in the action dropdown. This may impact where front of house are used to performing these actions and we would recommend sharing the short video here with them to help them understand this change:
This also includes an update so you can select which billing periods you want to pause a subscription for in the future rather than the system automatically pausing for the next billing period.
Finally, while we previously had a system wide default for per plan pauses (i.e. you set the pause limit across all plans), you can now override this on a per plan basis so you can decide how many times each plan can be paused in a rolling 12 month period. If you set nothing, CodexFit will default to the system wide pause allowance.
You can now create surveys and using the Automator, send surveys automatically to customers deciding. This is a great way to capture feedback across all events or even specific events or instructors. Please find more information about how to use surveys here.
3. PipeDrive Integration
If you're looking for a way to identify customers and follow-up with them using a leading CRM sales platform, we now have an integration with PipeDrive to enable this. The integration, when enabled, will automatically pull any customer who registered into a designated stage of your funnel. And when they purchase, they'll automatically move into another stage (i.e. sale made). In between those steps, you can then set up stages to help your team make contact with customers to help convert them into a sale. Please get in touch with email@example.com if you'd like to enable this.
4. Instructor Payroll Updates
Before you could set up a default payroll rate for each instructor. You can now override this on a per event basis so if an instructor should be paid a different rate just for one class, you can easily override this when setting up your event. Our documentation for instructor payroll has already been updated here.
