We've been working hard to get a substantial set of updates out including some headline features like gift cards, appointments, instructor payroll and event/class reviews. Please find a list of the new features below with an estimated launch time.
New features
Instructor payroll - Setup instructor payroll calculations in CodexFit to automatically calculate the amount due for each instructor at the end of a month/week/etc. Setup a base fixed rate or rev share plus add bonuses based on tiers of customers in the class or tiers for % occupancy. Launched April 2023
Gift cards - You can now sell gift cards both on your website and in the dashboard of CodexFit. Just set up what you want to sell and whenever a customer purchases a gift card, they'll be emailed a unique code. Then in the checkout, customers can add the code. Didn't use all the value? Just type in the same code again in a future checkout. Read more here including what you'll need to start selling gift cards on your website.
Launching in late April/early May 2023
Scheduling per billing period pauses - You'll now be able to select which future billing period you want to pause. So if customers want to plan in advance, you have the option not to just add a pause to the next billing period but a billing period further in the future. If you're using version 3 of our components (if you had your website built or CodexFit integrated in 2022 or later) and want to look at giving customers the same option in your my account area, please read here about what you can do next otherwise you'll have this new functionality available for FOH or admins in the CodexFit dashboard.

Event/class reviews - Get feedback about your classes automatically. Just setup the survey you want to send, decide what classes should receive it and how many customers you want to randomly send it to and let CodexFit handle the emails automatically. CodexFit clients who have had their website built in 2022 or later will also have the ability to capture reviews in the my account area (this will require work on your website and more information on the expanded integration will follow). More info to come shortly.

SMS and Email Opt-In - If you want to capture SMS consent, we can now do this which will automatically feed into Klaviyo and Mailchimp, if you're using this tool. Read more here including what you need to do to get this added to your website. Furthermore, if your website was built and had CodexFit integrated in 2022 (so you're on version 3 of our fronted), you'll now have the ability to build and update your registration forms in the dashboard of CodexFit and have these automatically update on your website without 227's support.

Appointments - soon you'll be able to set up appointments in CodexFit so you can schedule personal trainers, massages, or other treatments. Take credits, subscriptions or up front fees for each booking. And have CodexFit follow the rules you setup making appointment slots automatically available at the available times you set for each instructor/practitioner. This feature will be availble to all versions of CodexFit in the dashboard but only to customers who have had a website built or CodexFit integrated in 2022 and later. More information and a guide to pricing for this will come in the near future.

Plan and bundle groups - We will now provide a way to group plans and credits so when you're setting up an event, you just need to add a single tariff group to the class. Then, if you ever want to update what is accepted across your events, you can update it in a single place! You can also maintain multiple tariff groups so you can setup a standard set or a weekend group, etc. More information will come in the near future.

Automatic migrations - Although one that we don't expect our current clients to use, we've built a tool that will automatically migrate from ZingFit, MindBodyOnline, Fiskial, UScreen and Stripe making migrating to CodexFit something that can be done just as long as it takes to get a few reports from your previous platform and upload them to the tool. Pricing is provided upon enquiry.

Terminal improvements – Have you started using the Terminal to collect payments in the studio using contact, Google or Apple Pay? If not, now's the time. We've made improvements so Terminal can also be used for quick buy at event check-in, too. Plus it's much faster.
